KCHD RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OF BLACK MOLD ON THE WALLS OF THE KITCHEN. DURING THE INSPECTION, I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY DIRTY OR DISCOLORED WALLS, CEILINGS, OR FLOORS IN THE KITCHEN, BAR AREA, BATHROOMS, BACK ROOM, OR FOOD STORAGE AREAS IN THE BASEMENT. KARLA MENTIONED THAT DUE TO WATER DAMAGE, THE UPSTAIRS CEILING AND WALLS ARE IN NEED OF CLEANING. HOWEVER, THIS AREA IS COMPLETELY CLOSED OFF FROM THE FOOD SERVICE AREA AND NO FOOD SERVICE OR STORAGE OCCURS IN THIS AREA.
